Northern TimberlandsIndiana, Michigan Our Northern timberlands are comprised primarily of old growth mixed hardwood plantations with superior growing conditions and diversified age classifications, providing strong long-term harvest yields. We grow white oak, red oak, walnut, cherry and poplar forests used primarily for grade lumber, furniture and veneer. Our timberlands are concentrated in strong markets that are proximal to key mills and veneer processing facilities. |

Southern TimberlandsAlabama, Georgia Our Southern timberlands are comprised primarily of softwood plantations with superior growing conditions and diversified age classifications, providing strong long-term harvest yields. We grow loblolly, slash and longleaf pine forests used primarily for pulpwood and sawtimber. Our timberlands are concentrated in strong markets that are proximal to key mills and ports. |
